This document is to help you if you have installation trouble

Windows Installer

Toolsack Baseline requires Windows Installer 1.1 or greater. Users with Windows 98 and NT4 may have to install a recent version of Windows Installer.

Administrator

If you are using Windows NT, Windows 2000 or Windows XP you will need administrator permissions to install the product.
